Any request for the same must be submitted in writing by fax or e-mail 20 business days before the event in consideration, and will be granted only where deemed fit by the IVCA Management.
The above policy applies to all IVCA Events, unless stated otherwise in the corresponding event material. Please read all individual event information thoroughly before confirming your presence.
